And unfortunately, there is an opioid elephant tranquilizer, carfentanil, which is hitting the streets hidden in heroin and cocaine. It's 100 times stronger than fentanyl and 10,000 times stronger than morphine! And now it's killing people. We included the story of a city government employee who after an injury, became a homeless heroin addict and is now sober and helping San Francisco with ideas for drug reform.
