The California Department of Public Health is using millions of dollars of anti-tobacco funds, generated from cigarette purchases, for a billboard campaign. The problem is the campaign is spreading lies about the dangers of secondhand cannabis smoke! CAL NORML debunks these myths with science. A study says that women cannabis improves sex for women. They didn't ask men but let's face it, you guys will take any sex you can get, good or bad. ;) And we have an analysis of the decrease of arrests and costs to be expected if Oregon voters decriminalize all drugs in November. I'm curious to see if that passes and curious to see the impact on the real drug epidemic.
