Hi [%first_name%],

The largest hemp firm in Kentucky, GenCanna, has gone bankrupt. A major trade group claims GenCanna committed fraud, taking farmers’ hemp for processing while knowing they couldn’t pay them. Caliva dropped beleaguered Eaze along with 200 employees. California, which currently does not allow CBD edibles, is pushing an emergency bill to legalize them without FDA approval! They also are considering putting hemp testing on par with cannabis testing.
