California is in a real pickle. They made a law that said no more temp licenses could be given out in 2019 but the government was way too slow in processing annual licenses. Either they pass a new law fast or its a mass extinction for permit holders. Speaking of government missteps, NY seems to be dragging their feet. On the bright side, NJ is warming up, the UN is pushing for decriminalization and if you ever dreamed of moving to Zimbabwe to start a marijuana company, now would be the time. :)
