In celebration of Labor Day, we're highlighting the growth of cannabis jobs helping the US economy (but stagnating in legal Canadian manufacturing). While in July, Canadian researchers claimed certain cannabis strains helped fight COVID, University of South Carolina researchers have indicated that CBD may help a fight ARDS, the deadly respiratory illness linked to COVID. This corroborates a study from the University of Nebraska. And one day, expect hemp to be used as an ingredient in regular foods as hemp contains Omega-3 fatty acids and amino acids. Unfortunately, California hasn't figured out what to do with it’s CBD edible market yet.
