Colorado, which is implementing rigorous testing for hemp products, is facing a CBD contraction. We included a look at the situation from a Colorado farmer’s perspective. CBD prices are dropping nationally and we included some numbers. In Texas, officials banned smokable hemp since the police can't differentiate between cannabis and hemp. Now hemp companies are fighting back in court. Texas also opened a permit process for the right to produce CBD products, just not smokable hemp.
