No, they haven't found that cannabis cures the coronavirus… Not yet at least. :) But if the coronavirus keeps expanding it will disrupt the production of Chinese cartridges and packaging, many of which are resold by US companies. Kroger, the biggest supermarket in the country, sells CBD and has been lobbying congress. Scientists found a way for a small device to differentiate between hemp and marijuana. This intelligent device can even predict strains. I hope that we have full legalization by the time it hits the market in a couple of years!
