We have an article that explains why cannabis banking in COVID bills is backed by a diverse coalition. The DEA dropped a bombshell, claiming that CBD products are illegal because extracts used in the process have more than 0.3% THC. But will this interpretation fly? Though cannabis is fully legal in Canada, the illicit market is still thriving and the US assets of Canadian companies have been revenue drivers. And it looks like the Canadians also are trying to avoid prosecuting all drug possession crimes!
