The DEA is having issues with illegal cannabis companies impersonating hemp farmers. Mexico is a step closer to legalization as the bill passes the lower house of congress and goes to its pro-cannabis Senate. When Mexico joins Canada with cannabis legalization, will it put pressure on Joe Biden to legalize?
