California, with the help of the pandemic, just recorded its biggest month ever with 536M dollars in sales. This is despite the majority of municipalities banning cannabis, which according to a study below, helps the illicit market. New Jersey is now allowing live video telehealth patient recommendations. But watch out! The State is cracking down on doctors that it feels are offering recommendations indiscriminately. Despite the pandemic, Montanans (I love that word!) got the signatures needed to put cannabis on November’s ballot! Right now, adult-use initiatives are on the ballots of Montana, New Jersey, and Arizona while medicinal-use initiatives are on South Dakota and Mississippi’s ballots.
