The famed Dr. Oz, who is pro-cannabis, spoke to people at the DEA and FDA, who said they supported cannabis legalization but each put blame on the other agency. A study showed that while cannabis arrests were down 27% in California, racial disparities still exist, with 42% of all people arrested for cannabis felonies being Latinos, 22% African Americans and 21% Caucasians. In California, the general population is 37% Caucasian, 39% Latino, 15% Asian and 6% African American.
