Hi [%first_name%],

Though many people regard Eaze as the largest delivery company, Eaze doesn't own licenses. They partner with licensed California delivery companies and takes a monthly royalty payment. Since most VC firms don't invest in anything federally illegal, we expected Eaze to purchase licenses when cannabis became federally legal. It looks like their inability to raise capital is forcing them to purchase licenses earlier. Either way, they need to raise money quickly. Hightimes has also decided to use their vast media network to promote dispensaries they will be opening. And Florida’s legalization push has died for the next two years. Hopefully, a new bill will emerge that doesn't ban home cultivation.
