Recently, the EU Commission claimed that CBD was a narcotic which would cause more regulations and be a boom for Big Pharma. But now an EU court has said it's not a narcotic which is great news for the little guys! Fifteen percent of Baby Boomers are using cannabis or CBD according to a recent study and mostly for medical purposes. It seems that Canadian cannabis stocks jumped more than US ones did in response to the US elections. We have an article that explains why.
