The FDA performed tests on various brands and released a report to Congress on the accuracy of CBD labeling. We included a map of which states have banned smokable hemp. Iowa is the only state threatening jail time! That law is dubious, given that hemp is federally legal. We also included a well-made, downloadable report by New Frontier Data that gives information on CBD consumers, products, and regulations.
