Guess which state has the most medical cannabis patients per capita in the country. Oklahoma! Conservative Oklahoma has the most liberal medical cannabis system in the country. They made it very easy to qualify as a patient and affordable to get a business license. This makes for lots of happy people and lots of tax dollars for the state. Good Job, Oklahoma!

Meanwhile, Subversive Capital wants to dominate California by forming “The Parent Company.” It acquired Caliva for $282.9 million and Left Coast Ventures for $142.2 million as well as brought Jay Z into the loop to join their various other brands and entities.
