While cannabis is legal in Illinois, Chicago has interpreted federal law to ban sick, poor people in the housing projects from accessing medical marijuana! We’ve got a lot of lawyers on this list. Go get em, boys and girls!

And for the first time, a House committee approved a federal legalization bill. I think it will pass the House, but it's not likely to pass the Senate in its current form. Nevertheless, its further proof that times are changing.
