Hi,

The battle isn't over but the judge in the “Uptight Cities vs Cannabis Delivery Companies” case stated that Californian cities don't have the right to ban deliveries. In Albany, New York, 97% of the marijuana arrests are of African Americans. We did the math and taking demographics into account this means that a black person is 75 times more likely to be arrested for a cannabis crime than a non-black person! Speaking of racial injustice, we have a couple of articles that describe some current shortcomings of the cannabis equity programs. On a positive note, Canada has proven to be pioneers again approving of psychedelic mushrooms for those that are using palliative care.
