Though they can't recommend cannabis stocks, it seems that wealth managers at Wells Fargo, Merryl Lynch and Morgan Stanley are allowing clients to invest in Canadian cannabis stocks. Colorado is open to out-of-state investments which may make a big impact. And the FDA made it clear they need more time to decide the fate of CBD.
