In this week’s roundup, we're giving you studies to defend cannabis at the holiday dinner table. A recent study showed that opioid prescriptions decrease in cannabis-friendly states, and government research indicated that 80% of heroin addictions started with prescriptions! So in a way, the more cannabis propagates, the fewer heroin overdoses. When a relative asks me what I do for a living I’m going to reply: “I fight heroin addiction and save lives. What do you do, Grandma?” 😎
