Hi,
California finally released its rules regulating hemp and there's a problem. Though we reported otherwise last week, smokable hemp is not permitted in California! It seems that a last-second change said that āinhalablesā would be permissible when the state decides on taxation. By the way, out-of-state, imported brands are subject to California regs. Delta 9 pirates are plagiarizing the names of established companies. And in October, Nevada will become the first state to allow its licensed veterinarians to administer CBD! It's just a matter of time before the rest of the states come on board. :)

Have a superb week!
