Biden’s Drug Czar is looking to open up research for Schedule I substances such as cannabis and psychedelics. The administration stated that they want to reduce illicitly manufactured fentanyl-related substances. It looks like Panama will be allowing medical cannabis. And California removed the smokable hemp ban in its CBD regulation bill which is on its way to the governor.
